Hi, I’m Casey Leigh—bodyworker, intuitive guide, astrology nerd, experience enthusiast, seeker, and space holder for transformation.
Through SoulFire Whole-Being Wellness, I offer massage therapy, Reiki, Enneagram coaching, mindfulness practices, and workshops designed to support personal and spiritual exploration. My work is rooted in relationship—between mind, body, heart and spirit; between you and your inner knowing; and between us, as we co-create a space for healing and self-discovery.
With a background in social work and both physical and energetic modalities, I believe the body carries wisdom and the soul speaks in sensations. Whether we’re working through tension on the table, mapping your Enneagram type, exploring cosmic archetypes, or diving into mindfulness, my goal is always the same: to help you come home to yourself.
I’m passionate about guiding folx into deeper alignment with who they are and who they're becoming—through curiosity, compassion, and conscious connection.
Let’s explore the sacred fire of your being—together.

At SoulFire Whole-Being Wellness, I believe that true wellness is a holistic approach that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. I strive to empower clients to take control of their own health and well-being.
Through body and energy work, we are not only addressing physical, but also emotional, mental, and energetic well-being. I provide an integrative approach to working with folx to connect more intimately with themselves on a path of self-healing, discovery, and fulfillment. I believe that the body has a remarkable ability to heal itself and we, as wellness practitioners and body workers, are facilitators in this process.
I offer a variety of wellness services tailored to meet the unique needs of my clients. Services include body work, energy work, Enneagram-oriented soul and relationship coaching, and mindfulness practices.
These sessions vary depending on your needs and desired areas of focus.
Enneagram is a great tool to explore our relationships to all people and entities in our lives and to work with our conscious and unconscious motivations and fears.
**More to come
Therapeutic massage is a form of bodywork that goes beyond relaxation—it's intentional touch designed to support physical, emotional, and energetic healing. It combines techniques like to address tension, pain, and dysfunction in the body. But it’s not just about muscles—therapeutic massage can help regulate the nervous system, increase circulation, promote lymphatic flow, and invite the body into a state of deeper awareness and balance.
When done intuitively and mindfully, it becomes a collaborative process that supports not only physical relief but also emotional release, energetic alignment, and a reconnection to self. It’s where science meets soul.
I consider my style to be slow, flowy, relaxing, yet targeted. Prior to getting on the table, I ask you to do a body-heart-mind scan to assess present needs and we work from there. Essential oils, cupping, Shiatsu pressure points & stretches, and Reiki may be incorporated into sessions. Each session is designed with client's individual needs taken into account.
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing that supports you in coming home to yourself — body, mind, and spirit. Rooted in early 20th-century Japan and founded by Mikao Usui, Reiki draws on the universal life force energy that flows through all living things.
At SoulFire, Reiki is more than a technique; it’s a sacred practice of tuning into the subtle currents of your energy field to restore flow, release blockages, and awaken the deeper intelligence within.
Whether you’re navigating stress, emotional patterns, physical tension, or simply craving deeper connection, Reiki creates space for your system to recalibrate and realign. As we work together, we invite not only healing but insight — listening for what your energy wants to reveal and honoring your body’s wisdom in the process.
This is a space for stillness, for renewal, for transformation. A space to reconnect with your spark.
Phenomenal Touch is a 3 dimensional, flowy form of body work based in deep listening, intentional touch, seamless transitions, and a reverence for the space shared between client and practitioner.
The Enneagram shows nine ways of seeing and experiencing the world as well as the relationships between personality and psychological development. It explains underlying motivations, as well as strengths and weaknesses in navigating life and relating to others.

The Enneagram is an ancient system of self-understanding that weaves together spiritual wisdom and psychological insight. Though its exact origins are mysterious, echoes of its teachings can be found in early mystic traditions from Sufism, Christianity, Judaism, and even classical Greek philosophy.
The symbol itself—a circle with nine points connected by intricate lines—was brought to wider attention in the 20th century by mystic philosopher George Gurdjieff, who saw it as a map of universal processes.
Later, Óscar Ichazo, a Bolivian philosopher, began connecting the nine points with personality types, describing them as ego fixations that arise as a response to childhood wounding and disconnection from our essential self. His student, Claudio Naranjo, a Chilean psychiatrist, further developed the system by integrating psychological and therapeutic perspectives, grounding it in modern personality theory.
Today, the Enneagram is a powerful tool for personal and spiritual growth. More than just a typology, it illuminates our patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving—pointing us back to presence, wholeness, and the deeper intelligence of our soul. It’s a map not just of who we are, but of who we are becoming.

1's experience the world through instinct, gut knowing, and a drive for grounded integrity. 1s are guided by an inner compass that seeks alignment with what feels right, true, and just. They often hold themselves—and others—to high standards, striving for improvement, order, and ethical living.
With a deep desire to bring goodness into the world, they can be principled, disciplined, and dedicated to doing the right thing. Yet this devotion to integrity can come with a sharp inner critic—an internal voice that pushes for perfection and can create pressure or judgment when things feel out of place.
At their best, Type 1s embody wisdom, clarity, and responsibility. Their gift is in modeling how right action, when rooted in compassion rather than criticism, can transform the world.

2's experiencing life through emotion, empathy, and the desire for meaningful connection. Deeply attuned to the emotional needs of others, 2s are generous, warm, and intuitively nurturing. They often find purpose in being of service and forming heartfelt bonds, and they radiate a magnetic, relational energy that draws people in.
Their core longing is to feel loved and valued, often expressed through caring for others. At times, this outward focus can lead them to overextend themselves, prioritizing others’ needs while neglecting their own. When unbalanced, they may fall into people-pleasing or martyrdom, seeking affirmation through giving.
At their best, Type 2s embody unconditional love, offering presence and compassion from a place of wholeness rather than obligation. Their gift is reminding us that love doesn’t need to be earned—it flows freely when we include ourselves in its embrace.

Type 3s process the world through emotion, yet they often see emotions as obstructing progress so may go to great lengths to avoid them. They value success and their image/ how they are perceived as others. They are natural go-getters: ambitious, energized, and incredibly effective. With magnetic charm and a talent for motivation, 3s inspire others through their drive and vision, often acting as catalysts for progress and possibility.
Deep down, 3s long to feel valued and worthy of love—sometimes equating their worth with achievement or how well they’re received by the outside world. Because of this, they can become overly focused on productivity, image, and success, sometimes losing touch with their authentic emotional self beneath the performance.
At their best, Type 3s lead with heart-centered action. They model what it looks like to show up with both purpose and presence—reminding us that true success is measured not only by what we do, but by how aligned and soulfully expressed we are while doing it.

Type 4s are moved by deep emotional currents and an innate longing for meaning, beauty, and authenticity. They feel life intensely—grief, joy, longing, and wonder all woven into a rich inner tapestry. With a unique gift for embracing the full spectrum of emotion, 4s see sacredness in what others may overlook, especially within the shadows.
They are drawn to what is real and raw, often rejecting the superficial in favor of depth and truth. Fiercely original, 4s long to be seen for who they truly are—distinct, creative, and irreplaceable. Yet this desire for uniqueness can sometimes create a sense of being “different” or not fully belonging/ "no one understands me", leading to a quiet ache for connection that honors their unique essence.
At their best, Type 4s bring emotional intelligence, beauty, and soulful presence into the world. They remind us that it is through embracing the full range of our humanity—not avoiding it—that we access our deepest truth and authenticity.

Type 5s navigate life through perception, knowledge, and thoughtful observation. Curious and cerebral, 5s have a deep need to understand the world around them—and within them. They tend to conserve their energy, creating spaciousness through solitude, where they can explore ideas, systems, and inner landscapes without interruption.
They often feel more comfortable in the realm of the mind than the messiness of emotional or energetic demands. This need for internal clarity can make them appear distant or withdrawn, but beneath the surface lies a rich inner world.
5s value autonomy and often feel safest when they feel self-reliant and well-resourced, both mentally and energetically.
While they may struggle with emotional detachment or withholding, at their best, 5s offer profound insight, presence, and spacious stillness. They remind us that wisdom arises not from reacting, but from being present—and that silence, too, can be sacred.

Those who lead with Type 6 energy navigate life through thought, analysis, and a deep desire for safety and stability. Naturally attuned to potential risks, 6s are diligent planners—often arriving with a plan A, B, C, and D in tow. Their gift is foresight, preparation, and the ability to spot what could go wrong before others even notice.
While this vigilant mindset helps create structure and dependability, it can also lend itself to anxiety, overthinking, and difficulty with decision-making. 6s often wrestle with self-doubt and conflicting inner voices, which can make choosing a path feel like an emotional tug-of-war. And yet, they bring a wry, often self-deprecating sense of humor that can cut through fear with levity and heart.
At their core, 6s are deeply loyal and protective. Once they find their people—their chosen family or tribe—they show up with fierce devotion and integrity. At their best, Type 6s embody grounded courage: not the absence of fear, but the willingness to move through it in service of what—and whom—they love most.

Type 7s are rooted in the head triad, yet they often express themselves through movement, enthusiasm, and boundless curiosity. These bright souls are fueled by the desire to experience life fully—seeking adventure, inspiration, and freedom. Their minds are quick and future-focused, always scanning for what’s possible, what’s next, and how to avoid limitation or pain.
7s are natural storytellers and reframers, often finding the silver lining even in hardship. Their optimism can be contagious, and they have a remarkable ability to light up a room. Beneath this joyful energy, however, is a tender avoidance of discomfort or emotional pain—sometimes leading to distraction, overcommitment, or a tendency to leap before grounding.
At their best, Type 7s are radiant and present. When they allow themselves to sit with the full range of human experience—including the hard and heavy—they become wise, expansive guides. Their gift is showing us how joy deepens when it’s rooted in truth, not just escape.

art of the body triad, responding to life through instinct, presence, and a deep desire for autonomy. 8s often come across as self-assured, confident, and energetically commanding. Their directness is unmistakable—clear, concise, and grounded in truth. They speak what others may hesitate to say, especially when faced with injustice, deception, or any attempt to control them.
Often seen as strong and forceful, 8s can be perceived as controlling or stubborn. But this powerful exterior is frequently a protective shield for a deeply sensitive and tender heart. Beneath their intensity is a profound care for others, especially the underdog, and a commitment to truth, loyalty, and fairness.
At their best, Type 8s embody empowered presence—strong yet compassionate, bold yet deeply human. They teach us that real strength isn’t about dominance, but about the courage to be both fierce and openhearted.

Type 9's navigate through the world with a grounded, instinctual wisdom. They often rely on gut sensations and an inner sense of ease when making decisions. Known for their laid-back, calming presence, 9s are easygoing, receptive, and deeply attuned to the energy around them. They have a natural gift for seeing multiple perspectives and creating a sense of belonging for all.
Driven by a desire for inner and outer peace, 9s tend to avoid conflict and discomfort—sometimes to the point of merging with others’ desires or minimizing their own needs. This habit of self-forgetting can lead to a quiet inner tension or frustration that, if unacknowledged, may surface as passive resistance or unexpected outbursts.
At their best, Type 9s embody true harmony—not by avoiding difference, but by embracing their own voice and presence as equally important. They remind us that peace isn’t passive—it’s an active, living force that begins within.
